Since 1993 Kemi-Intressen is certified according to ISO 9002:1994.
Our business today is process-oriented in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We have identified and mapped our core processes. The progress is measured through our balanced scorecard.
We are convinced that our customers and suppliers will notice our commitment to quality and also benefit from it.

Through our balanced scorecard, we can systematically monitor our quality performance. The scorecard contains two measures of competence, which help us to determine and design plans for individual and collective competence development. Another part of our quality improvement process is the measuring and follow-up of the level of satisfaction among our customers and suppliers through a yearly questionnaire.
